Hi there rang up yesterday asked about an aerial they was going to try get me in yesterday afternoon but think it was too late in the day so they sent a message saing they be around first thing so they came out 9am. So Mark the engineer instantly saw the old aerial was damaged gave me the quote straight away so i agreed to it. Mark then went on to say that i live in apoor signal aerial noticed the trees might be in the way. He then took rhe old one down and put the new one up it probably took about an hour to do.Mark did a professinal and quick job quick bank transfer job done well done to Mark and thank you
The engineer is great - he came when the problem happened a couple of years ago Booking it in was a bit difficult
Even though arrived later than time slot.The man explained and went through our options. Cleaned up after work and was very friendly. Very happy with work.

Engineer turned up early, quickly assessed the problem and gave 2 solutions. The job was done quickly and cleanly.
The engineer fixed the problem uickly. However twice there were automated messages postponing the appointment.
Engineer arrived on time, worked out the problem and gave me a quote for installing new satellite dish. Dish was installed immediately with no fuss and my Sky is now working perfectly again. Engineer was friendly and helpful throughout. I'd happily use HDS again.
Our aireal had become very loose so we went online and we found this company and from Sunday afternoon when we booked a time slot on the Monday job done ,Peter was very friendly and helpful, could not recommend this company more highly 5 stars
I was very pleased with the service I received , I did not feel under pressure. The man who I think was Darren (sorry if this is the wrong name) who I spoke to on my drive was very pleasant. David, engineer, explained everything from his first site inspection. When completing the work he talked through exactly what would be happing. Locations he required access too and understood the complexity of the home. He ensured all areas remained tidy and removed all tools when no linger required. David was an absolute pleasure to have working within our home.
